This century, there have been occurring earthquakes that creates many victims and large damages one after another.  Why they occur seems to be because the active faults move.  Then how do they occur?  And are they something unpredictable?  Or if I can say more, are they inevitable?  As the person who has been studying water for a long time, I would like to state a hypothesis about them from the perspective of water.

Este siglo, han estado ocurriendo terremotos, que crean muchas victimas y grandes daños, uno tras otro.  Porqué ocurren, parece ser debido a que las fallas activas se mueven.  Entonces, cómo ocurren? Y son ellas algo impredecible?.  Siendo una persona que ha estado estudiando el agua por un largo tiempo, me gustaria declarar una hipotesis sobre ellos, desde la perspectiva del agua.

There are various active faults such as hard faults and soft faults. And I assume that because there are faults, and due to the slides and slips of faults, there occur earthquakes. How do such faults exist?  Since I am not the expert of the geological science, I am not very sure, but it is said that the factors how the faults are made are ?wind and water?.  It seems that various faults are produced depending on the amount of water of the time or the strength and direction of wind that carry water.

Existen varias fallas activas, tales como fallas duras y fallas suaves. Y yo asumo que, debido a que hay fallas, y debido a que el deslizamiento  y ligera dislocación de los estratos de las fallas, entonces ocurren los terremotos.  Cómo existen tales fallas?  Puesto que no soy experto en la ciencia geologica, no estoy muy seguro, pero se dice que los factores de como se hacen las fallas, son 'el viento y el agua'.  Parece que varias fallas son producidas, dependiendo de la cantidad de agua, del tiempo o fuerza y dirección del viento, que lleva el agua.

If so, I feel that an earthquake prediction and/or preventing earthquakes cannot be done perhaps because the research on water has not been conducted yet almost at all.  In other words, as I have been saying that ?water retains memory? in this past 20 years, and if this becomes the common sense in the scientific community, I think that the understanding of earthquake?s mechanisms and foretastes will deepen more. I truly hope and ask that seismologists around the world please do the study on the theme; water and earthquake.

Si es asi, yo siento que una predicción de terremotos y/o prevenir terremotos, no puede hacerse, quizas porque la investigacion sobre el agua aún no se ha conducido, casi en absoluto.  En otras palabras, como he estado diciendo que el 'aguar retiene la memoria' en los pasados 20 años, y si esto se convirtiera en sentido común, en la comunidad cientifica, pienso que la comprensión de los mecanismos de un terremoto, y su predicción anticipada, se profundizarían mas.  En verdad espero y pido, que los sismologos de todo el mundo, por favor hagan el estudio sobre el tema: agua y terremotos.

What I have been saying for these 20 years is that ?water retains information?.  And the information which affects water the most is people?s mind. It functions as if water were the mirror of our heart. I don?t think that water deep underground is not an exception, and believe that the state of energy of such water becomes as if it is reflecting the mind of people who live on the ground.

Lo que he estado diciendo en estos 20 años es, que "el agua retiene información". Y la información que afecta el agua mucho mas, es la mente de la gente.  Ello funciona como si el agua fuera el espejo de nuestro corazón.  Yo no pienso que el agua que corre subterraneamente, sea una excepción, y creo que el estado de la energia de tal agua, se vuelve como si ella reflejara la mente de la gente que vive en el terreno.

What I think is that an earthquake may occur due to the disparity in energy level of water in faults.  The greater the disparity is, the stronger the quake may become.

Lo que pienso es, que un terremoto puede ocurrir debido a la disparidad en los niveles de energia del agua, en las fallas.  Mientras mas grande la disparidad, mas fuerte se vuelve el sismo.

There were earthquakes in the Indian Ocean off Sumatra and in the Philippines, and this time in Haiti.  If my assumption stated above is correct, I would think that they occurred because the energy level of people who live in those areas, on those grounds, may be low, and that the energy level of economy in such areas may be very low. The way to alleviate the present disastrous situation in Haiti would be monetary donation, because money is the energy that has the same property as water.

Hubieron terremotos en el Oceano Indico en Sumatra y en las Filipinas, y esta vez en Haiti.  Si lo que yo asumo, que describo arriba, es correcto, yo pensaria que ellos ocurrieron, debido a que el nivel de energia de la gente que vive en esas areas, en esas tierras, pudo ser bajo, y que el nivel economico en tales areas, puede ser muy bajo.  La forma de aliviar la presente situación desastroza en Haiti, deberia ser ofrecer donaciones monetarias, porque el dinero es la energia que tiene la misma propiedad que el agua.

Because the energy level of water was low, there occurred the earthquake.  The best way in order to raise it that I think would be for the neighboring countries and people around the world to send money to Haiti. It?s desirable that there already are such movements lead by the United Nations, other organizations, United States and other countries, despite the sufficiency of the amount. Therefore, I would like to ask you, especially people who are capable, please donate through reliable public organizations.

Debido a que el nivel de energia del agua era bajo, alli ocurrió el terremoto.  La mejor manera de elevarlo, pienso que seria el que las naciones vecinas y la gente de todo el mundo, envie dinero a Haiti.  Es muy bueno que ya hay tales movimientos/organizaciones, liderados por las Naciones Unidas, otras organizaciones, Estados Unidos y otros paises, a pesar de lo suficiente de la cantidad.  Por ello me gustaria pedirles, especialmente a las personas que tienen posibilidades, que den sus donaciones, a través de organizaciones publicas confiables. 

Another thing that we can do is to send our prayers and thoughts of ?love and gratitude? for people and water in Haiti.  As I have already reported on the experiments in my books, ?MESSAGE FROM WATER? and ?HIDDEN MESSAGES IN WATER?, our intentions and thoughts do reach the places no matter how far they are.  Presently, due to the tremendous chaos of right after the strong quake, water in Haiti must be in the very ugly form in terms of their crystals.  Also it is possible to foresee that there occur secondary disasters such as having to fight over little water left to drink. As you can imagine, the situation is that a large-scale infectious disease can be caused, so we would like to pray, even remotely, for them so that such outbreak will not occur and so that the local water will make a speedy recovery and form beautiful water crystals very soon.  How can we do it?  It?s by sending our thoughts of ?Love and Gratitude? to water in Haiti. 

Otra cosa que podemos hacer, es enviar nuestras oraciones y pensamientos de 'amor y gratitud' a la gente de Haiti y a sus aguas. Como ya he reportado en los experimentos de mis libros: "Mensajes del Agua" y "Los mensajes Escondidos del Agua", nuestras intenciones y pensamientos, si llegan a los lugares, sin importar su distancia.  Actualmente, debido al tremendo caos que existe inmediatamente despues de un terremoto fuerte, el agua en Haiti tiene que estar mostrandose en formas muy feas, en terminos de la formación de sus cristales.  Tambien es posible predecir que ocurran alli desastres secundarios, tales como tener que pelearse por la escaza agua potable, que hay disponible para beber.  Como uds. se imaginaran, la situación es que enfermedades infecciosas a gran escala, pueden ocurrir; asi que nos gustaria rezar, aún a la distancia, por ellos, de manera que tal erupción de infecciones, no ocurra, y que el agua local tenga una rapida recuperación, y forme hermosos cristales de agua, muy pronto.  Como podemos hacerlo?  Es enviando nuestros pensamientos de "Amor y Gratitud" a las aguas de Haiti.

As a consequence, the water that received the prayers of love and gratitude from all over the world at this water ceremony will be sent to the event held at Lake Biwa in Japan entitled ?Water and Peace Global Forum 2010 at Lake Biwa? which I will organize on Mach 20th, 21st, and 22nd (the 22nd of March is the World Water Day declared by the United Nations).  The water will be set under the Golden Pyramid at this event and several healers will offer prayers for the world peace. At the same time, the Great Ajari Genshin Fujinami, a Japanese ascetic priest who went through a puritanical training called ?1000-day Kaihougyo? will offer a long prayer.  Along with the pyramid effect, I?m sure that the vibrations of such prayers will go to the entire universe and resonate, and will return.  

Como consecuencia, el agua que recibió las oraciones de amor y gratitud, de todas partes del mundo, en esta ceremonia del agua, será enviada al evento que se dará en el Lago Biwa de Japón, titulado "Foro Global de Agua y Paz 2010 en Lago Biwa", que organizaré del 20 al 22 de Marzo (el 22 de Marzo es el Dia Mundial del Agua, declarado por las Naciones Unidas).  El agua será colocada bajo la Piramide Dorada, en este evento, y varios sanadores ofrecerán oraciones por la paz mundial.  Al mismo tiempo, el gran Ajari Genshin Fujinami, un sacerdote asceta japones, que realizo un entrenamiento purificador llamado '1000 dias Kaihougyo', ofrecerá una oración larga.  Junto con el efecto piramidal, estoy seguro que las vibraciones de tales plegarias iran hacia todo el universo y resonaran y volverán.
 
(Note: ?1000-day Kaihougyo? is a very strict puritanical training  ?Kai? means to circle, ?hou? is the sumit and ?gyo? means training. It is the training of walking through mountains that continues for a thousand days within 7 years.  In Kaihougyo, the priest walks 40 Km to 80 Km in Mt. Hiei from 1:00am to 6:00pm every day.  Once you start, you are not permitted to take a rest even if you are sick or injured.  In case you fail to complete even one day of training, there is a tacit understanding that you must put an end to your own life.  After completing the 700th day, the ascetic priest will begin the rigorous exercise in which the priest stays in the temple for 9 days without drinking, eating, sleeping, or lying down.)

Nota: '1000 dias Kaihougyo' es un entrenamiento purificador muy estricto. "Kai" significa hacer un circulo, 'hou' es la cima, y 'gyo' significa entrenamiento.  Es el entrenamiento de caminar a traves de montañas que continua por 1000 dias, durante 7 años.  En Kaihougyo, el sacerdote camina de 40 a 80 km en Mt. Hiei, desde la 1 am, hasta las 6 pm, cada dia.  Una vez que empiezas, no se te permite tomarte un descanso, aún si estuvieras enfermo o herido.  En caso de fallar en completar aun un dia de entrenamiento, hay un entendimiento tacito de que tienes que tendrás que ponerle termino a tu vida.  Despues de completar los 700 dias, el sacerdote asceta, empezará un ejercicio riguroso en el cual, el sacerdote se queda en el templo por 9 dias, sin comer, beber, dormir, o acostarse.)

It is really scary when we think about various disasters that may occur in the future, especially we never know when and where earthquakes will hit.  There said to be active faults in 120 places in the world, and they say that it is not surprising even if the faults become active anytime, anywhere, and earthquakes can occur any time and any place. It is absolutely necessary that we send love and gratitude to water under ground of those places of the world so that those active faults will stay calm for some time.

Es realmente atemorizante, cuando pensamos sobre los varios desastres que puede ocurrir en el futuro, especialmente cuando nunca sabemos cuando y donde pueden ocurrir los terremotos.  Se dice que hay fallas activas en 120 lugares del mundo, y dicen que no es de sorprenderse, incluso de que las fallas se activen en cualquier momento, en cualquier parte, y entonces pueden ocurrir en cualquier tiempo y lugar.  Es absolutamente necesario que enviemos amor y gratitud a las aguas subterraneas de aquellos lugares del mundo, de manera que esas fallas activas, se queden en calma por mucho tiempo.
